I.    Love At First Sight

Catch the spark

it could be love

at first sight!

II.   Worn-Out Valentine

Pleas,  lies

tell me no more

my heart is tired.

III.  Listening Love

When we love someone

we listen and talk to her

listening is love.

  1. I agree to hear what we feel we have to first listen. Beautiful words.

  2. Beautiful my dear sister, and the last line, listening is love, says it all. Here is a poem that I wrote on that subject, hope you like it your words reminded me of it, as it will be in one of my coming books next month! Hugs and blessings to you always Cynthia!

    You wonder if I listen,
    If I really hear
    The words you say

Or if I close my ears to you,
    While letting my attention
    Drift away

    You wonder if
    I am true to you,
    Or if someone else
    Has captured my heart

    But deep within
    Where love does live,
    You are its most
    Treasured part

    I love you more
    Than can be measured,
    Much more than anyone
    Can perceive

    I retain every spoken word
    Inside my heart
You have ever said to me

So, yes I always listen to you
    Holding on to everything
    Your tender lips say

    And always will your words
    Have my hearts ear,
    As by your side
    My love will stay

Your Haiku is so true, as true love will always listen.

  3. Always beautiful words here–wishing you a very Happy Valentine’s Day (from an old friend)–God bless you!

  4. Very beautiful. Listening is the essence of love we loose very often. Welcome back Cynthia.

  5. And there are so many others too. 🙂

  6. Listening does show love – true 🙂

Love this new theme too 🙂

  7. I think there are two more things that go with listening, and those are actually telling those you love that you do, indeed, love them, and touching. Hug those you love, often!

  8. You share love quite beautifully. Hugs, Barbara
