A loser is he

Who continues to carry

A strangulating

Pack of garbage from the past.

Forgive, refresh and let go!

  1. That’s true, Cynthia. Everyone should look forward to the future. Life is in the future, death is in the past (even if is a good past). Baci

    • I appreciate your comment, Giuseppe. Forgiving is a healthy exercise of the heart and soul, it makes our journey light and burden free. A book I read says that people who couldn’t forgive usually die of heart disease and cancer.
      So look up, and live!
      Ciao, Cynthia

  2. Wonderful word in verse for us, Cynthia! The Lord helped me finally let go that huge heavy pack a couple years ago–and I was astounded at the difference; I actually felt physically lighter. God bless you BIG, Sis–love, Caddo

  3. Easier said than done, but very true and well expressed, my friend! Have a lovely weekend! xoxo

  4. true Cynthia, there is no future in the past however we cannot erase the past. Moving on is often finding the courage to go straight forward at the crossroad and don’t look back.
hugs from acorss the miles xxxx
