On how to transform

an ugly duckling

into a beautiful swan.

Understand yourself,

Rethink the way you move, talk, act,

Dress, work, love and play.

Acquire a new package for yourself

Maximize your style, your talents

And creativity.

Cherish yourself,  Opt for beauty,

Health, knowledge and wisdom.

Do not grieve over your limitations,

Aim for transformation

But be fair, honest and sincere.

If you stumble badly

Rise up with dignity and stay

Focused the next time.  Be cool

Learn to forgive… yourself included.

Believe in your own potential

Think positive but be humble

Reach out to people.

Be friendly but avoid bad company.

Know your purpose in life,

Be well-informed,  Read God’s Word.

Aim high,  Aim for perfection

Shoot for nothing but growth

And maturity-  even spiritual maturity.

Be prudent and temperate

Prepare yourself in everything,

Even from  death prepare!

Get to know your God

While you are still alive,

Honor and worship Him

Be prayerful but keep

Your faith pro-active.

Submit your will to the Spirit

Who dwells within you,

To the Supreme Being

Who created you, who fashioned

You in His mind and gives you life-

To the God who makes all things

Beautiful and grants special

Virtues and blessings to His children.

Be a sweet-smelling fragrance

On your earthly journey,

It will be your trademark

Scent in heaven.

Believe you are beautiful…

Believe within your heart!

Believe! Because you are.
