Beautiful words.
Thank you, Kim, for your gracious comment…appreciate much your visit…will be going over your posts after this.
Your words and the image you share reflects the message in your words perfectly! I have missed your words, thanks for sharing today! God bless dear sister!
Thank you for your gracious comment and the blessings, bro.Wendell. Glad to be back in good spirit and refill my pen once again. God bless you too, my brother…
These are lovely thoughts on Faith, Cynthia, and I have missed you, too. I have had some healing time, although, things haven’t changed. The shock phase is over and things are stable and we’re taking one day at a time. How are you, my friend and sister? I hope you’re doing okay and you can email me anytime, too, if you need a friend to chat with…sending much love your way! xo
Thank you, Lauren, I’ve missed you too, and just delighted to have you back. I’m not doing great as yet, still adjusting to the loss of my dear Mom, feeling her absence during the holiday. But it’s letting go and moving on one day at a time, just like you. Thank you for your friendship which I shall treasure…sending you my prayers, warm hugs and best wishes for 2013!
I’m sorry you’re still not feeling well, Cynthia, but I do know how you feel. February 2nd will be the 1 year anniversary of my Mom’s death and it’s still surreal. I know it will be hard for Dad, but he visits her often at the cemetery and talks to her. I think it’s good that he has a tangible place to go and “be with her.”
I think of her everyday and still get teary eyed, but I do feel time does heal. How long depends on each of us, as we’re all different. I’m sending you a virtual hug right now. xoxo
Hi, Cynthia, how are you?? I missed you for a long time and now, with this poem you gave me just what I need in this period: a little more peace and serenity after my mother’s depart (14 nov 2012). Your faith, which arise sincerely from the heart, really helps me. Grazie.
Grazie, Giuseppe for your touching words. Ahh, we have had our shares of sorrows, pains and losses last 2012– your dear Mom and mine, who together have gone home to be with their Creator. Surely, this world isn’t meant to be man’s final destination, as our Lord has promised in the Gospel of John, chapter 14: “I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there ye may be also”. May these words comfort you my friend, and give you assurance of peace. Sending you my prayers, love and warm hugs to comfort you.
These are wonderfully beautiful, Cynthia–they really touch my heart today. Thank you, and God bless you abundantly–love, sis Caddo
